Move it when life moves.
Pick any open slot, and if plans change, move the appointment yourself from your phone. It costs nothing while the salon's cancellation policy would still give you a full refund, and you can do it up to three times.

Repeat visits
Same stylist, same time, every few weeks.
Book once and choose how often: every week, every two weeks or every four weeks, for up to eight visits. You pay for the first visit now. The rest are reserved for you.
We never take money automatically. A week before each visit, then three days before, then the day before, we remind you to pay, and you approve it on your phone. If a visit is still unpaid a day before, we release the slot and you owe nothing.

Good to know.
Do I need an account to book?
No. Give your name and phone number, enter the code we text you, and book. If you make an account later, it's tied to the same phone number and your bookings come with it.
How do I pay?
When you book, by mobile money or card. Your appointment is confirmed once the payment goes through, and the slot is not held for you before that.
What if I need to change or cancel?
You can move an appointment to another time yourself, up to three times, at no cost while the salon's cancellation policy would still give you a full refund. Cancelling follows the same policy, which you can see before you book. If a salon cancels on you, you get a full refund.
When does the salon get paid?
After your appointment is complete. Until then the money is held, which is why a salon that cancels can refund you in full.
How do I check in?
Show the QR code on your booking at the salon. It's made for your appointment time.

ihoho is built for many countries. Each salon sets its prices and takes payments in its own currency, and the ways to pay depend on where the salon is.
